Shipping Policy

At Tri-City Scuba, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and reliably—so you can spend less time waiting and more time diving.


Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we’ll reach out with an update as soon as possible.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.

For orders under $100, we offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99.


Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.

(Note: We do not ship using FedEx due to ongoing service issues.)

Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes will be presented at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or manufacturer fulfillment. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.


Shipping Protection

We take care in packing and shipping your order, but once it leaves our hands, it is in the carrier’s control.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Please note:

  • Claims must be reported promptly
  • Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier
  • Not all claims are guaranteed to be approved

Shipping Protection Exclusions

Shipping protection may not apply in situations including (but not limited to):

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tri-City Scuba, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and materials included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used gear of any kind
  • Personal items such as mouthpieces, snorkels, undergarments, or swimwear
  • Special order or custom items

If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

Need a different size or model? No problem.

The fastest way to complete an exchange is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order for the correct item

This ensures you get what you need as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping & Deductions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A shipping error
  • A defective or damaged item

If an order qualified for free shipping (over $100) and is later returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll take care of it quickly and make sure you’re squared away.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
